DESTINY CNC
Our DESTINY CNC stonecenter allows us to deliver outstanding results for any granite or marble fabrication need. We can create curved edgework and complex shapes quickly and easily with precision computer control.
We are able to saw, rout, edge, core and edge polish work pieces at one efficient workstation, with one easy setup. The DESTINY has dual saw and milling spindles for more control and more versatility. Utilizing its powerful built-in software, our engineers program your layout with simple touch-screen selections, or we can import and convert your electronic files directly.
The DESTINY also includes a built-in laser template digitizing system for complete at-machine programming.
INFINITY
Our multi-function INFINITY gives precision sawing performance with up to a 40” blade. With the ability to change over and do complex shaping with powerful industry standard milling attachments, we are able to create curved and straight stone profiles such as archways, coping, column caps, sills, etc.
Programmable Sawing allows us to simply program in the desired dimensions, and let the INFINITY saw or shape stone into desired piece sizes with unattended operation. The INFINITY saws stone up to 18” thick with a 48” diameter blade and profiles stone up to 20” high. Then we simply change over to milling bits or shaping tools in ISO-40 tool holders to mill or profile an endless variety of designs in stone, including lettered signs and logos.
The 30 Horsepower variable speed arbor drive spindle runs from 300 to 6,000 RPM to power either the 40” diameter blade or ISO-40 tool holders for shaping tools, milling bits, and flush mounted blades.
JAGUAR II
Our JAGUAR II facilitates automated cycles and rapid straight-line profiling. It is a high-capacity, rugged saw, combining precision programmable automation with reliable heavy-duty performance.
Our JAGUAR II offers versatility for sawing granite, marble, or limestone up to thirteen inches thick. It has rigid, precision machined construction, smooth rack and pinion movements and durable slide bearings. It’s ample cross travel allows standard full slabs to be processed easily.
The simple touch-screen machine control unit and laser saw blade alignment indicator allows accurate setups for long passes. It features a bridge miter with portable digital angle indicator (accurate to 0.1 degree): 0-47 degree manual position and lock , cross head travel distance: 140" travel and Standard gantry rails: 198" long rails, 11' 6" cutting area, gantry drive speed: 1-20 FPM, flanged steel wheels on both sides, automatic air brakes.
OMAX
Our OMAX Model Fabricator is a large scale precision machine that is ideal for larger parts or multiple parts from large stock up to 5' x 10' (1.5m x 3m).
The 60120 JetMachining Center cuts complex flat parts out of most materials, including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone and composites directly from a CAD drawing or .DXF file. Extremely hard, reflective and nonconductive materials can also be cut, making it a valuable addition to our capabilities.
No tool changes or complex fixturing dramatically reduces setup times and the smooth finish often eliminates the need for secondary machining.
Valuable for nesting irregular parts “cookie cutter” style, improving efficiency of stone use and reducing waste.
